Menopause & Midlife Nutrition

Nutrition support for the changes of midlife

Menopause can bring changes to your energy, appetite, weight, sleep and overall health — and it can be hard to know what advice to trust.

There is no single "menopause diet", and you don't need to overhaul everything at once.

I provide practical, evidence-informed nutrition support to help you understand what matters for your health, your stage of life and your circumstances.

We might explore:

-  Energy & fatigue
Looking at your overall eating patterns and habits that may support more consistent energy.

- Healthy weight
Moving away from restrictive dieting and towards sustainable habits that support your health.

- Protein & fibre
Understanding how much you need and finding realistic ways to include more in everyday meals.

- Bone health
Exploring nutrition that supports healthy bones as oestrogen levels change.

- Heart health & cholesterol
Making practical changes to support cardiovascular health.

- Blood sugar & metabolic health
Understanding how food choices, meals and lifestyle can affect blood sugar regulation.

- Everyday eating
Finding an approach that works when you're busy, tired and dealing with everything else life throws at you.

No menopause diet.     No magic fixes.

There is plenty of advice online promising that one food, supplement or diet will "fix" menopause.

It isn't that simple.

Your nutrition needs are individual, and good support should take account of your health, lifestyle, preferences and goals.

My role is to help you make sense of the information and identify practical changes that are right for you.

How it works

DSCF2743.jpg

1. Start with a conversation

Book a free 15-minute chat. Tell me what's going on, what you'd like to change and what you're hoping to get from nutrition support.

2. Understand what you need

We'll look at your current eating habits, lifestyle, health goals and the things that might be getting in the way.

3. Make a plan that fits your life

You'll get practical, personalised guidance — not a generic diet or a list of foods you can and can't eat.

4. Make changes with support

We'll work together, review what's working, troubleshoot what's not and adapt things as you go.

5. Build habits that last

The aim isn't perfection. It's helping you develop an approach to nutrition that you can realistically maintain.
